How would I get Brandon's shot record from birth from you?

My name is Suzanne Phillippello, from Chalmette and I worked with Dr. Capone and wanting to ask him about obtaining Brandon's immunization records since birth July 20, 1993. He was born at Baptist Hospital in New Orleans, La. and needing them for college admission.
